Eric Raisler

MS, LMFT
Psychotherapist

Eric enjoys talking with just about anyone and has worked in a wide variety of mental health settings, from treating three-year-olds in a pediatric day treatment program to working with adults serving life sentences in prison. These experiences have taught him that, regardless of circumstances, we all can make meaningful changes in our lives.

Eric strives to create a therapy environment that is approachable, nonjudgmental, and comfortable while still being direct and goal-oriented. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, anger, stress, or simply feeling stuck, Eric believes therapy can help you gain insight, strengthen your relationships, and build practical skills to move forward.

His therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems perspectives. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Eric is trained to look beyond individual symptoms and consider the broader context of your life, including your relationships, family, environment, and patterns of interaction. This perspective allows for focus not only on what you are experiencing, but also on how you can create meaningful and lasting changes.
