Nicole Auer

MA, LPCC
Psychotherapist

Nicole Auer MA, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over twenty years of experience across community mental health, clinical, and correctional settings. She brings a depth of perspective that can only come from working alongside people through some of life’s most difficult moments and trusting that transformation is always within reach.

Nicole’s approach is grounded in the belief that healing lives at the intersection of mind, body, and nature. She draws on evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while centering each person’s own story, values, and strengths. Sessions are collaborative, genuine, and shaped by what each individual actually needs.

She has worked extensively with children, teenagers, adults, and couples navigating trauma, dual diagnosis, autism spectrum experiences, and complex mental health presentations. Whether someone is walking into therapy for the first time or returning after years away, Nicole’s intention is the same: to create a space that is honest, steady, and genuinely helpful.
